Our preferred method of contact is via our website using the ‘contact us’ button in the top right corner. You can use this method if you have a query or just want clarification on an aspect of a tour prior to making a booking. Once you have booked a tour we will send you out a booking confirmation email with an attached document with joining instructions and payment details. Once payment is received a confirmation email will be sent usually within 24 hour. This confirmation secures your place on the tour / trek.
The joining instructions includes a mobile phone number for your tour guide. You can use this number to contact your tour guide. However if we are unable to answer your call please leave a message including your name, tour and a contact number (if you have caller id-barring). We shall return your call as soon as possible. You can also contact us via our Facebook page using the messaging service.
