Our preferred method of contact is via our website using the ‘contact us’ button in the top right corner. You can use this method if you have a query or just want clarification on an aspect of a tour prior to making a booking. Once you have booked a tour we will send you out a booking confirmation email with an attached document with joining instructions and payment details. Once payment is received a confirmation email will be sent usually within 24 hour. This confirmation secures your place on the tour / trek.

The joining instructions includes a mobile phone number for your tour guide. You can use this number to contact your tour guide. However if we are unable to answer your call please leave a message including your name, tour and a contact number (if you have caller id-barring). We shall return your call as soon as possible. You can also contact us via our Facebook page using the messaging service.

How would you grade your level of confidence and understanding of your vehicle? For example, if you’re a Freelander owner would you know how and when to use your HDC? Likewise, if you’re a Discovery owner would you know when and when not to use your diff lock?

Please be advised that we require you to hold a full, current and valid driving licence for your class of vehicle and that it also be covered by a minimum of third party insurance and that it has a current and valid MOT certificate. You will be asked to sign our terms and conditions form on the day to this effect.
